Pantanal Lodge
The Pantanal Lodge invites you to escape for a weekend that is as unique as it is rejuvenating. Nestled in the park’s splendid Pantanal aviary—a space inspired by this ecoregion shared by Brazil, Bolivia, and Paraguay—the lodge transports you straight to South America. A total immersion in an ecosystem inhabited by scarlet ibises, dendrocygnes, and collared kamichis.
In this enchanting setting, each day of learning begins gently, lulled by the sounds of nature. During this unique overnight stay in the Île-de-France region, you’ll enjoy a tastefully decorated lodge that incorporates the characteristic elements of this magnificent region of South America.
Unique Activities for a Memorable Weekend Near Paris
Try Your Hand at Being a Caregiver for a Day
The "Animal Caretaker for a Day" experience offers a half-day opportunity to try your hand at the duties of an animal caretaker at the Parrot Park. During this special time, adults and children have the opportunity to get up close and help feed animals such as capybaras, giant otters, and guanacos. They can also create enrichment activities for the park’s jaguars.
The “Animal Caretaker for a Day” activity lasts one afternoon and takes place in small groups of up to 6 people. It is available during park hours on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons, and every day during Zone C school holidays.
“Zookeeper for a Day” is open to everyone and to children aged 8 and older.
Participants must be accompanied by an adult who is also taking part in the experience (150 EUR adult rate).
Encounters with Exotic Animals
The Exclusive Encounters at Parrot World give you the chance to enjoy a special moment with our adorable Humboldt penguins. During this unforgettable experience, you’ll help feed them, and the keepers will share all their secrets about these extraordinary creatures. You’ll also get a behind-the-scenes look at their habitat.
The Exclusive Encounters take place twice a day, lasting 30 minutes per session, and are conducted exclusively in small groups of up to 4 people.
Children between the ages of 7 and 12 must be accompanied by an adult (13+).
Guided Tours of the Park
For groups and by request, our guides will take you on a tour of Parrot World. Reserved exclusively for groups (maximum 40 people), these tours allow you to explore the wildlife park with guides who know the history of the park and its residents inside out!
Each tour lasts about 1.5 hours and begins with a stop at the African Grey parakeet aviary, where our guides will tell you about the early days of Parrot World. As you explore the park with our experienced guides, you’ll discover the stories behind each species we care for. These tours offer a wonderful opportunity to better understand our commitment to wildlife conservation while enjoying a natural setting just outside Paris.

Educational Activities for Children
Junior Zookeeper
Every Sunday and Saturday morning from 10:00 AM to 12:15 PM, in groups of up to six children (ages 7 to 12), the Junior Zookeeper lets kids spend time up close with the alpacas, dwarf goats, and sheep that live at the Children’s Ranch, as well as coatis and capybaras. On the agenda, the children will help prepare and distribute meals, as well as clean and maintain the animals’ enclosures.

The Biodiversity Trail
Illustrated signs, fun activities, an observation deck, and insect hotels line the Biodiversity Trail, much to the delight of nature lovers and those simply curious to learn about our ecosystem, its small creatures, and local flora.
The Science Camp
Here, visitors can learn about the initiatives carried out by the Parrot Wildlife Foundation in Central and South America, the foundation behind Parrot World.
