Do I need to make a reservation to visit the park?
No reservation is required to visit the park.
We recommend buying your ticket online on weekends to minimize wait times.
However, tickets can also be purchased on-site.
Can I buy tickets online?
Yes, you can purchase tickets online. Tickets are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Are there special rates for seniors, unemployment insurance recipients, RSA recipients, and students?
There are no special rates for seniors, job seekers, recipients of the RSA, or students.
Can I convert a day pass into an annual pass?
You can convert your day pass into an annual pass. The cost of the day pass will be deducted from the price. The annual pass pays for itself after just two visits.
Is there a special employee rate?
We invite you to contact your employee representative to purchase tickets at the employee rate or to arrange a partnership with our sales department.
Is there a special rate for teachers?
Teachers are eligible for a discounted rate on the day pass—16 EUR instead of 19 EUR—upon presentation of valid proof (teacher discount card or education pass)

Do you accept vacation vouchers?
Yes, vacation vouchers and "Vacances Connect" vouchers are accepted up to a limit of €100.
Do you accept gift cards?
Yes, Culture Checks are accepted up to €100.
Are meal vouchers accepted?
Yes, meal vouchers are accepted at our various dining locations.
Do you accept payments by check?
We do not accept payments by check, except for schools and groups (excluding individual visitors) that have made advance reservations.

We accept only payments made with CADHOC gift cards.

What are the benefits of the annual pass?
The annual pass provides unlimited access to the park for one year on days when the park is open, starting from the date of purchase, as well as 10% off purchases at the gift shop, 10% off food and beverage, 10% off the "Zookeeper for a Day" activity, and discounts on lodge stays.
