Lodge stay

Your lodge stay includes:

• Entry to Parrot World for two days
• Dinner at the Panoramic restaurant, with a starter, main course, and dessert (excluding alcoholic beverages)
• Continental breakfast at the Panoramic restaurant
• A privileged activity with an animal keeper
• Lodging in a lodge

Pets are not allowed in our lodges.

To check in for your lodge, you should go to the reception at Domaine de Crécy, located 200 meters from the park.

You can check into your lodge starting at 4:00 PM. You can enjoy the park from opening time and pick up your lodge keys at 4:00 PM.

If you arrive after 9:00 PM, dinner at the restaurant will no longer be available. A meal tray to heat up will be delivered to your accommodation instead.

You can choose the category of the lodge (Jaguar, Amazonian Village, or Pantanal), but not the specific lodge.

The lodge must be vacated by 10:30 AM on your departure day. You can then continue to enjoy the park and its activities until closing time.

Your luggage will be taken care of by our receptionists upon your arrival and will be placed directly in your lodge. On your departure day, our team will retrieve your luggage from your lodge, and you can pick it up when you leave.

To make the transportation of your belongings to your lodge easier, please ensure that each bag is securely closed and does not exceed 5 kg per bag per person. If your luggage exceeds this weight, it will not be taken care of.

We invite you to park at the Domaine de Crécy parking lot, which is free, video-monitored, and secured with a keypad entry. This parking is reserved for our Lodge guests. The Domaine de Crécy is located 200 meters from the park, and Parrot World is accessible on foot from the Domaine. A few days before your stay, you will receive an email with information regarding access to the parking and the park.

For a lodge stay, dinner and breakfast are served at the Panoramic restaurant, located 200 meters from the park.

The lunch (additional cost, not included in the lodge package) can be taken either at the Panoramic restaurant or at the Camp de Base, the dining spot inside the park.

It is not possible to reschedule your lodge stay. All our stays are non-modifiable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.

The lodges can accommodate:

• Up to 4 people in the Jaguar and Amazonian Village lodges.
• Up to 6 people in the Pantanal lodge, which is also accessible for people with reduced mobility (PMR).
