Lodge stays

Your lodge stay includes:

• entry to the Parrot World park for two days
• dinner at Le Panoramic restaurant with starter, main course and dessert, excluding alcoholic drinks (in exceptional cases, dinner may be served in the Amazone room)
• continental breakfast at Le Panoramic restaurant
• a private animal encounter with a zookeeper
• your night in the lodge

Pets are not allowed in our lodges.

Please check in at the Domaine de Crécy reception, 200 metres from the park.

Your lodge is available from 4 pm. You can enjoy the park from opening time and collect your lodge keys from 4 pm.

If you arrive late (after 9 pm), dinner can no longer be served at the restaurant. A meal tray to reheat will be brought to your lodge.

You can choose the lodge category (Jaguar, Amazonian Village or Pantanal), but not the specific lodge.

Please vacate your lodge by 10:30 am on the day of departure. You can then enjoy the park and its activities until closing time.

Our receptionists take care of your luggage when you arrive and place it directly in your lodge. On the day of departure, our team collects your luggage from your lodge, and you can pick it up when you leave.

To help our staff carry your belongings to your lodge, please make sure each bag is properly closed and weighs no more than 5 kg per bag and per person. Heavier bags cannot be carried.

Please use the Domaine de Crécy car park, which is free, monitored by CCTV and secured with a door code. It is reserved for lodge guests. The Domaine de Crécy is 200 metres from the park, and you can walk to Parrot World from there. A few days before your stay, you will receive an email with information on how to access the car park and the park.

During a lodge stay, dinner and breakfast are served at Le Panoramic restaurant, 200 metres from the park.

Lunch (extra charge, not included in the lodge package) can be taken at Le Panoramic or at the Camp de Base, the food area inside the park.

Lodge stays cannot be postponed. All our stays are non-changeable, non-cancellable and non-refundable.

The Jaguar and Amazonian Village lodges sleep up to 4 people.

The Pantanal lodge sleeps up to 6 people and is wheelchair accessible.
