A showcase for the Amazon and all its wonders, Parrot World features a recreation of South American landscapes that are home to majestic exotic species such as jaguars, giant otters, Humboldt penguins, and hundreds of parrots. 

 

You’ll discover these animals in their recreated natural habitats; some of them even roam freely throughout the park: in the aviary, parrots fly joyfully overhead! With a little luck, you might even get close to them.

Watch the jaguar at dusk

Across from the jaguar enclosure, two charming huts welcome you for a truly exotic getaway. Built from natural materials, these comfortable and cozy lodges blend seamlessly into the wild surroundings of the big cats’ habitat.

 

They feature a living area/adult bedroom and a loft designed for children. The large picture window overlooking the jaguar enclosure floods the room with soft light, allowing you to fully enjoy the breathtaking view of this small patch of Amazon rainforest and experience the rare opportunity to sleep among the animals, facing the jaguars.

Budding explorers, enjoy a timeless stay in the heart of a scientific camp dedicated to discovering the treasures of South America. From the vantage point of your treehouse, you’ll be able to watch parrots fly like you’ve never seen them before—an unforgettable experience of sleeping among the animals!

 

The first lodge is just a short walk from the Parrot Wildlife Foundation’s scientific camp, where scientists work passionately to protect endangered animals and ensure the survival of species.

 

The second cabin overlooks the river by the aviary. You can watch the parrots and other exotic birds from your terrace on stilts, with family or friends, while taking a break to discover South American wildlife.

Yes! Parrot World offers unique lodges nestled in the heart of the wildlife park where you can sleep alongside the animals. Depending on the lodge you choose, you’ll sleep facing jaguars, parrots flying freely in the large aviary, or red ibises and other tropical birds. A one-of-a-kind immersive experience in the Île-de-France region.

What types of lodges are available at Parrot World?

Parrot World offers three types of lodges inspired by Amazonian architecture:

- The Jaguar Lodges, facing the jaguar habitat.

- The Amazon Lodges with terraces, located in the middle of the large parrot aviary.

- The Pantanal Lodge with a terrace, located in the middle of the large aviary facing the scarlet ibises and other tropical birds.

What is included in the lodge stay?

The lodge stay includes one night's accommodation, dinner at Le Panoramic restaurant, breakfast, access to the wildlife park for two consecutive days, and a special activity within the park.

 

Everything is designed to provide a fully immersive experience.

How many people can a lodge accommodate?

The Jaguar and Amazonie Lodges can accommodate up to 4 people.

The more spacious Pantanal Lodge can accommodate up to 6 people, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.

Are the lodges suitable for children?

Yes, the lodges are designed with families in mind. The Jaguar and Amazonie Lodges feature a mezzanine specially designed for children. The Pantanal Lodge is also well-suited for large families. 

Is it possible to stay overnight at Parrot World without staying in the lodges?

Yes, you can also stay at the Hôtel Les Suites du Domaine de Crécy, located just 200 meters from the park. This hotel features 28 suites that can accommodate 2 to 6 people, as well as a restaurant, a swimming pool, and a golf course.

How long does the drive take from Paris?

The park is located less than an hour from Paris via the A4, making it an ideal destination for a short trip.

Can I stay at the lodge with my pet?

Pets are not allowed in our lodges.

What time can we check in at the lodge?

You may check into your lodge starting at 4:00 p.m. You can enjoy the park as soon as it opens and pick up your lodge keys starting at 4:00 p.m.

 

In the event of a late arrival (after 9:00 p.m.), dinner will no longer be available at the restaurant. A meal tray to be reheated will be brought to your accommodation.

What time should we leave the lodge?

The lodge must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. on the day of your departure. You are then welcome to enjoy the park and its activities until closing time.

What are meals like at the lodges?

As part of a lodge stay, dinner and breakfast are served at Le Panoramic restaurant, located 200 meters from the park, or in the Amazone dining room in the heart of Parrot World.

 

In both cases, your meal will be prepared by the staff at Le Panoramic restaurant.

Do you have a lodge that is accessible to people with disabilities?
